Villa Rose is situated in the middle of the island, close to a small village called San Lorenzo. It is set among some of the most beautiful countryside on the island, yet only a 20 minute drive from Ibiza Town. The famous, Benirras Beach is just a 5 minutes drive, and the ever popular village of Santa Getrudis is only a short drive away. At Villa Rose you can chill your days away around the pool but within minutes join the hustle and bustle of Ibiza's amazing nightlife.

The house has 6 double bedrooms, comprising of 5 with double beds and 1 with two single beds. You enter the house through a magnificent outside dining area / chill out area. The main living room is very spacious, boasting high ceilings with the original beams. This room has sofas and a dining area plus satellite TV. The modern kitchen which runs off the main room, is a good size and benefits from the original fire place. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom and upstairs are 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. There are two staircases one each side of the living room. Separating the bedrooms upstairs is a magnificent outside balconied chill out area. Perfect for those long summer afternoon siestas. The floor upstairs is the original tiled floor, very unusual for the island.

Outside there is a large swimming pool, a wonderful Gazebo, and a great barbecue area. To the right of the villa the original stables and cow sheds still remain.

This villa is perfect for groups who want to enjoy the beautiful Ibiza countryside, need good access to the great beaches of the North, but still want to access Ibiza's lively nightlife in the evening.
