Casa Pedriki is a great value for money house only 4 minutes drive from Ibiza Town and 10 minutes drive from San Antonia. It is 5 minutes drive to the famous Cala Jondal Beach and only 8 mins from Salinas beach. The villa is in an excellent position.

The house has 4 double bedrooms, a comfortable living room, with DVD, music system and a huge TV. There is a great ensuite shower, another shower next to the apartment and a large family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath.

Outside there is a large swimming pool, a chill out area and a grass area which would be a great area for kids to play.
