Villa Patxi is a very large, very modern 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom Villa which is in fantastic position. The villa is 75 meters from Villa Daniel and Villa Tom. It is 4 mins drive from Ibiza Town, 4 mins from Playa Den Bossa, 5 mins drive to Cala Jondal and 5 mins drive to Salinas. For those of you who love tennis, paddle tennis there is a wonderful country club with a restaurant 30 seconds walk from the house. The house is also 200 meters from a supermarket and public transport. It is very convenient.

You enter the house through an electric gate where you can park your car. You enter the villa through a hall way. Straight ahead is a large sitting room, with comfortable sofas, dining area, a large flat screen TV, music system and DVD. There is a modern kitchen with all the modern appliances which leads off the sitting room.

Leading off the living room are two rooms with ensuite bathrooms. One room has bunk beds for children the other has 2 single beds. There is also a wine cellar and a wash room on the ground floor plus an extra toilet.

The first floor has 3 en suite bedrooms all with double beds.

The house is fully air conditioned.

The outside is superb. There is a lovely swimming pool 10 meters by 4 meters. A wonderful area for alfresco dining and plenty of sun beds and chill out areas.

This house is perfect for groups and families. The house is owned by a family so it is very children friendly.
