Villa Patxi is a very large, modern 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom Villa which is in a fantastic location. The villa is 75 meters from Villa Daniel and Villa Tom and 100 meters from Villa Marieta It is 5 mins drive from Ibiza Town, 5 mins from Playa Den Bossa, 10 mins drive to the beautiful beaches of Cala Jondal and 5 mins drive to Salinas . For those of you who love tennis and paddle tennis, there is a wonderful country club with a restaurant 30 seconds walk from the villa. The villa is also 200 meters from a supermarket and public transport. It is very convenient.

You enter the gounds of the Villa through an electric gate where you will find car parking. The front door leads into a hall way and straight ahead is a spacious sitting room, with comfortable sofas, a dining area with a large table,a large flat screen TV, DVD and music system. There is a modern kitchen fitted with quality appliances, which leads off the sitting room.Also on the ground floor and leading off the living room are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One room has bunk beds and a pull out bed and the other has a double. There is also a wine cellar and a wash room on the ground floor plus an extra toilet. Upstairs on the first floor are a further 3 bedrooms all with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The villa also benefits from air conditioning throughout.

The outside areas are superb, with spacious terracing and a lovely large swimming pool 10 meters by 4 meters. This is a great chill out area , with a table and chairs for alfresco dining and plenty of sun beds around the pool. There is comfortable seating in the shade, where you can realx and escape the sun.
