It is a lovely villa that sleeps 17 people with approx 574m2 of living space, with 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms / shower rooms, a sitting room with an open fireplace, a dining area, a bar area, another lounge, a pantry, a store room and a double garage. The villa also benefits from air conditioning in the lounge area.The 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms / shower rooms are split over two levels. On the ground floor there are five bedrooms, two doubles, one with a double and a single, one with two singles and the other with three singles. Two with fitted wardrobes and one with a sun terrace, there are two large bathrooms / showers, a storeroom and a pantry. On the second floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with a staircase to the garden, a large dining area with a huge sun terrace, and a sitting area with an open fire place with access to more sun terraces.Above these are two more bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and its very own terrace with incredible views. The second bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds also has its own large terrace and again there are beautiful views. These two bedrooms share a shower room. From both terraces you can enjoy stunning sunsets and sun rises and views of the surrounding countryside.

The villa boasts a beautiful garden, with lawns Olive Trees, Grapefruit Trees, Orange Trees and a variety of beautiful flowers. The swimming pool is excellent and has Roman steps leading down into the pool and a very large swimming area. Around the pool are plenty of sunbathing areas and a fantastic barbecue, with an outside kitchen. There is also a wonderful chill out area with lovely views over the surrounding countryside, an outside dining area, a bar and a large fridge for all your drinks.The villa can sleep 17 people.

It is in an excellent location with easy access to beaches, Ibiza Town, San Antoni and Supermarkets. It has a great location for accessing the whole Island, with driving time to Ibiza Town between 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, and 5 minutes to San Antonio or a 25 min walk. San Rafel, a beautiful village with excellent bars and restaurants and two of the super clubs are just a 5 minutes drive. Supermarkets are a 5 min drive or 20 min walk and some of Ibizas most beautiful beaches are between 5-10 minutes drive.

This villa is great for groups or families and has great outdoor areas.
