Casa Lad is a very unusual Finca, sleeping 12 people. The Villa is only 5 minutes drive from Ibiza Town, 5 minutes drive from Santa Eularia and only 2 minutes from Ibiza Golf.

You enter the villa through electric gates and park your car in its double car port. The Finca is a group of 3 buildings surrounding a lovely courtyard. Perfect for groups and families.

The first Finca is on the right, as you enter the courtyard area. This is the largest finca. It has its own well equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting room / chill out area and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms lead onto a large shower / toilet. The Finca is air conditioned.

There is an excellent BBQ and Al Fresco dining area outside the first Finca. A great area to meet, eat and drink!!!!

The Tower comes next. A very unusual building. You enter into a large open plan dining, kitchen and chill out area. The kitchen is spacious and is well equipped. There is also a double bedroom on the ground floor and a toilet. At the top of the spiral staircase is a large wardrobe area and the master bedroom. This bedroom has a large double bed and a wonderful en suite bathroom with a large bath. The Tower is air-conditioned. There is also an outside staircase that travels up the side of the building to a wonderful chill out area on the roof. From here you can enjoy some great views of the surrounding countryside.

The third building is the study, situated on the opposite side of the courtyard. A great space with its own small kitchen and 3 single beds.

All the buildings surround a central courtyard and a pretty garden, the swimming pool and fountain being its centre piece.

This house is very well located and ideal for large groups or a few families.
