Casa Juanito is a wonderful four bedroom villa, only 5 minutes drive from Ibiza Town. It comfortably sleeps 8/9 people and has quality fixtures and fittings. The villa is just a 2 min drive to the beautiful village of San Rafel, with its wonderful restaurants and bars, it is also walking distance from Privilege and Amnesia nightclubs, yet it is perched on a hill, within a very private, beautifully landscaped garden and affords incredible views of Ibiza Town.

You enter the villa through an electric gate where you will find plenty of places to park. The main door leads into a very large attractive living area, which has TV, WIFI, DVD and music system. The whole of the ground floor is well secured and also has a beautiful dining room and a very well equipped kitchen with all the mod cons, including a very large modern oven and, fridge and freezer. There is also a utility room with a washing machine. The villa has four air conditioned bedrooms, each with its own safe and TV. Three with large double beds and one with two single beds, every bedroom has its own modern bathroom/ shower/ toilet.

Outside is a beautifully kept, large private garden with a large swimming pool, BBQ area and an area for al fresco dining.This villa is of a very high quality, and is in a wonderful position, close to Ibiza Town, San Rafael and San Antonio.
