Casa Emilio is situated just outside the beautiful Village of Santa Getrudis. Santa Getrudis is Ibiza’s best kept secret. I fear not for much longer. Over the last few years all the top restaurants have been setting up in Santa Getrudis, making the village probably the best place to dine on the island. This year the council have pedestrianised the centre which made Santa getrudis even more pleasant to visit. Ask any local or someone who visits Ibiza alot, where to go at night. Most will recommend Santa Getrudis.

Santa Getrudis is in the centre of the island so it is very convenient. 12 mins Ibiza Town, 12 mins San Antonia, 5 mins Port of St Miguel plus you have a choice of many beaches within a 15 mins drive. For example Benirras is 15 mins drive. It’s a prefect place to rent your Villa.

Casa Emilo is a beautiful old traditional Finca that has been completely renovated this winter. The Villa is beautiful. It has every original feature yet all the mod cons of modern life. The villa can sleep 10 people in 5 bedrooms. There is a possibility to sleep 12. It sits in 50,000 square meters of its own land, yet remains close to the hustle and bustle of Ibiza. Perfect for a Holiday with a bit of everything.

You enter the house along a private drive which is about 1.5 kilometres outside Santa Getrudis. The entrance of the house is a large wooden door which leads into the main living room. A modern kitchen leads off the living room as do three bedrooms and two bathrooms toilets. Outside there are two further bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has 4 double beds and 2 single beds. In total the house has 5 bedrooms and 6 toilet / shower / bathrooms. There is Air Conditioning in the bedrooms, a TV, a Music system, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The garden and pool area is stunning. Beautiful flowers surround the garden and in front of the house lies a good size swimming pool and Barbecue. There is a lovely Al Fresco dining area and the views across Ibiza are wonderful.

This is a really lovely house in a very special area. I highly recommend it.
