Villa Daniel is a 400 year old finca which has been completly refurbished and can sleep 15/16 people. Situated in the popular area of Sa Carroca, it is close to Ibiza Town/Playa Den Bossa and is within 10 minutes drive of many beautiful beaches. For those of you who love tennis and paddle tennis, there is a wonderful country club with a restaurant 30 seconds walk from the villa. The villa is also 200 meters from a supermarket and public transport. It is very convenient.

The villa is charming and full of character. Originally it was the main farmhouse owning all the land right up to the coast, which included much of Playa Den Bossa and Ibiza. Unfortunately, previous generations of the family sold most of the land. The villa has been completely refurbished inside and has been lovingly restored to create a real family home. It is situated next door to Villa Tom and 75 metres from Villa Patxi and Marieta. In 2008 the Finca underwent a complete facelift, with five new bathrooms, a new ensuite room and a brand new chill out area around the pool. The Villa is fantastic and can now sleep 15/16 people, and offers seven bedrooms and five bathrooms.The entrance is through private electric gates, where ther is ample parking.

Through the front door you enter the villa into a large living / dining area. To the left is a large modern kitchen with its own chill out / sitting room area (an excellent room), straight ahead is a large bathroom / shower with its own tree in the middle of the room. To the right is a bedroom with two twin beds, and then through an arch is another bedroom with twin beds next to the stairs leading to the first floor. Outside next to the pool and to the side of the kitchen is a studio room, with three single beds and an ensuite bathroom. There is also another room by the pool with two single beds.Upstairs. There are three large bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double with its own toilet and basin and a round bath / shower nestled in a round window overlooking the garden. Very unusual!. To the left is the brand new en suite master bedroom with twin beds, and straight ahead is another ensuite bedroom with its own balcony and a double bed.

This villa is about 3500 square feet and can easily sleep 15/16 people.The villa has many antique and Balinese items of furniture, which adds to the tranquil ambience both inside and outside the villa. A great combination. The finca benefits from partial air conditioning in the top two bedrooms and there are fans in the other bedrooms. Although Fincas stay very cool in the summer due to the thickness of the walls, so it is rarely needed.

Outside there is a covered dining area, BBQ and a wonderful swimming pool, with plenty of space around the pool for relaxing. There is even an old bread oven which adds to the charm and character of this lovely Finca. This villa is great for groups or families, who want to be centrally located and experience staying in a Finca but with todays modern amenities.
