Casa Cordonna fulfils both criteria, the villa is 3 to 4 minutes drive from Ibiza Town, it is within 5 minutes of Salinas beach and Sa Caleta and it is walking distance from public transport and supermarkets.

You enter the villa through an electric gate into a courtyard with enough room for 2 cars. On your left is a garage , straight ahead is the front door and to the right is a wonderful garden and swimming pool.

The house can sleep 8 people comfortably in 4 bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms, and two rooms with twin beds. There are 2 excellent shower / bathrooms, a very well equipped and modern kitchen / large dining room and a large sitting room. The house is in excellent condition. The furniture is of a very high quality, there is satellite TV and air conditioning throughout.

Outside there is an area for Al Fresco dining, a large gas barbecue and a superb swimming pool. There is a shallow end for the kids, a Jacuzzi in the pool and a large area to swim laps if necessary.
