to San José road, this villa is only ten
minutes from the airport, Ibiza Town, and the beaches
of Sa Caleta and Cala Jondal.
The villa was originally built about 25 years ago,
but it has been completely refurbished.

that lead to a driveway/ internal courtyard from
where the double garage can be accessed. To the
side of the villa is another gate leading to a large
parking area that would be suitable for a boat and
trailer.
Although the plot size is 2,000 m², it feels
larger as the land is well used. There is a large
cactus garden that could also be made into a lawn.
The house has oil fired central heating and has
a burglar alarm. It is located in a very quiet area,
but is far enough from the neighbors that the occupants
can enjoy themselves in the garden without disturbing
others.
