Elizabeth is a beautiful House in 15000 square meters
of its very own land. The house is very private
yet close to everything. It is 5 mins from Ibiza
town, 5 mins from Santa Eularia, 5 mins from its
closest beach (Talamanca) and 2 mins from Jesus.
Jesus is a wonderful village with great restaurants,
lots of supermarkets and shops. From the house there
are distant views of Ibiza Town.
You
enter the grounds through an electric gate and drive
along a small gravel drive to the parking area.
The house sleeps 10 people in 5 rooms made up of
3 rooms with double beds and 2 rooms with single
beds. The house is of a very high standard. It has
air conditioning through out, satellite TV in every
bedroom and the main living room, and has good quality
furniture.
You enter the house up a flight of stairs into a
large living room, with plenty of sofas and a dining
table. A good quality, well equipped kitchen leads
off the living area. There is a utility room with
a washing machine behind the kitchen. The villa
has 3 ensuite bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms which share
one bathroom. Therefore there are 4 bathrooms and
2 extra toilets.
The
outside is excellent. Upstairs next to the kitchen
there is an excellent BBQ area and chillout area,
overlooking the pool. Down some steps is an excellent
pool with ample sun beds. This house is very children
friendly.
The
house is excellent for groups and families alike.
