The
villa is huge and is in excellent condition. Approx.
574m2 of living space, with 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
/ shower rooms, a sitting room with an open fireplace,
a dining area, a bar area, another lounge, a pantry,
a store room and a double garage. The house has
airconditioning in the lounge area.
The outside area is amazing. The villa boasts a
beautiful garden, with a lawned area, very unusual
for Ibiza. In the garden you can find, Olive Trees,
Grapefruit Trees, Orange Trees and a variety of
beautiful flowers. The swimming pool is excellent.
There are Roman steps leading down into the pool
and a very large swimming area. Around the pool
there is plenty of sunbathing areas and a fantastic
barbacue. There is also a wonderful chill out area
with lovely views over the surrounding countryside,
an outside dining area, a bar and a large fridge
for all your drinks.
The
6/7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms / shower rooms are
split over two levels. On ground level there are
5 double bedrooms, two with fitted wardrobes and
one with a sun terrace, there are 2 large bathrooms
/ showers, a storeroom and a pantry. On the second
floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with a staircase
to the garden, a large dining area with a huge sun
terrace, and sitting area with an open fire place
with access to more sun terraces.
Above
the kitchen / sitting / dining area ther are two
more double bedrooms with ensuite facilities and
fitted wardrobes. The Master Bedroom has a double
bed and its very own terrace with incredible views.
The second bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds
also has its own large terrace and again there are
beautiful views. From both terraces you can enjoy
stunning sunsets and sun rises and views of the
surrounding countryside.
The villa can sleep 14 - 16 people. It is in an
excellent location with easy access to all the beaches,
Ibiza Town, San Antonia and Supermarkets. Driving
time to Ibiza Town is between 8 and 15 minutes depending
on traffic, and 5-10 minutes to San Antonia depending
on traffic. San Rafel, a beautiful village with
excellent bars and restaurants is 4 minutes drive.
Supermarkets are 5 mins drive and some of Ibizas
most beautiful beaches are between 10 and 20 minutes
drive, depending on traffic.
