Villa Can Vincent is in a fantastic location and is just a 20 minute walk into San Antonio, you can also walk to the nearest beach in just 10 minutes. The resort of San Antonio offers many attractions with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, music, clubs and great beaches. Also home to the famous Cafe Mambo and Cafe Del Mar and affords the best sunsets on the island.The large gates open onto a paved area where there is plenty of room to park several cars in front of the villa. The villa is split into two identical areas one on the ground floor and the other upstairs. There are two well equipped kitchens, with all the usual appliances, two lounges with comfortable seating a TV/stereo and dining area. Off each lounge there are 3 bedrooms, which are a double and 2 twins all with fitted wardrobes. There is also a shower room and toilet on both floors. In total there are 6 bedrooms sleeping 12 people comfortably.Outside the villa is a large swimming pool with plenty of space for sunbathing and plenty of sun loungers . There is also a portable BBQ and a table and chairs for dinning alfresco. The villa location is set in the countryside and just behind the garden is a rural pathway leading to the beach and onto San Antonio , so car hire is not essential although we do recommend it.Two extra mattresses are required at £100 each to be able to sleep 14 people.
