Casa Pepe Salada is an enormous villa divided into five apartments. It sleeps twenty two people comfortably in nine rooms. The villa has been renovated and is perfect for groups or families holidaying together. It is also in an excellent position just a 5 minute drive from San Antonio or, 7 minutes drive from San Rafel, and 15 mins drive from Ibiza Town. It is also very close to the beautiful beaches of Cala Salada, Cala Gracionetta and Cala Gracio.

This comfortably furnished complex can sleep 22/24 people. Casa Pepe Salada is divided in to 5 separate areas with 9 bedrooms. The complex has been fitted out with modern state of the art features including Jacuzzis and shower systems. The villa has Plasma TVs throughout, WIFI and is fully air conditioned.

PENTHOUSE Top level (sleeps 4)The penthouse has a Master double bedroom with bathroom en suite (jacuzzi bath/deluxe shower cabin), and a twin room, plus another bathroom shower room/toilet, a large living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, an office, and a large fully furnished terrace with stunning views.

APARTMENT 2(sleeps 6) has 3 twin bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room and also a further seperate shower room. A large living/dinning room, fully fitted kitchen and a large furnished terrace with direct access to the pool.

APARTMENT 3 ( SLEEPS 4 )This is a room with 4 single beds and a shared shower room. There is also access to the pool area. This room does not have a kitchen and is basically furnished

APARTMENT 4 (sleeps 4 ) has a room with a double bed and an area for a sofa bed for two people, there is a shower room and a small kitchen . There is also an outside balcony.

APARTMENT 5 (sleeps 4) has two single beds plus a double sofa bed and a bathroom / shower.This room is basically furnished.

Outside, there is a well maintained garden, BBQ, wash room with washing machine, a large pool, out side shower and a decent size kids play area.

The whole house is ideal for 4 families, or a large group of friends.

Two extra mattresses are required to be able to sleep 24 people at a cost of £100 each
