Casa Pepe is situated in an exclusive private estate 10 minutes drive from Ibiza town. There are amazing views of Ibiza from the terraces of this villa. Situated on an exclusive estate with its own security guards and reception area, this villa is very secure and the estate even has its own private tennis club and restaurant which can be used at reasonable rates and is within easy walking distance from the villa.The village of Jesus with its banks, shops, restaurants and chemist is just a 3 min drive. Access to the whole island is perfect, the nearest beaches are within 5 minutes drive, as is the golf club and it is close to practically everything.

The villa is ideal for families and groups alike. On the top floor there are three bedrooms,all with views of Ibiza Town. The master double bedroom is spectacular and spacious with its own terrace which boasts a beautiful Jacuzzi for those hot summer evenings.There is also a bedroom with a double and single bed and a further double bedroom. Downstairs there are a further three bedrooms, a bedroom with a double and single bed, another double bedroom and a twin. Two of which face directly on to the swimming pool. The kitchen is well appointed and the sitting room is light and airy. There are 3 bathrooms / showers and 4 toilets. 2 bathrooms / showers up stairs one is en-suite in the master bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs.

For those who cant leave your work at home, the villa has Broadband WiFi. Outside there are two large patios areas, both are covered. One patio is used as an outside dining area and the other is used as a relaxing area where you can chill out while watching over the pool. The large bamboo bed in the middle of the chill out area was especially popular last summer. The large swimming pool is 10 meters x 4 meters and the garden is stocked with beautiful flowers, fruit trees and palm trees at the front and the back. There is also a great barbecue area. For the children there is a fantastic secure play area with swings, sea saws and a small elevated den. The swings and slides are built above a large sand pit.

The villa is appointed to a very high standard therefore it is only available to either families or groups of sensible adults.
