This charming 6 bedroom villa in situated right in the centre of the lovely village of San Rafael, with its many restaurants and local shops, it is just a 100 meters walk from trendy restaurants El Ayoun, Elephant, Cloudenis and Can Pilot and a 2 min drive to super clubs Privilege and Amnesia. The famous town of Ibiza is only a 5 minute drive and San Antonio is 10 minutes in the other direction, but you have all you need right on your doorstep where you can walk to the village in under a minute, where you will find a supermarket, chemist, cafes and some of the best restaurants in Ibiza.

As you enter the electronic gates to Villa Miguel there is plenty of parking if you decide to hire a car. The villa has an outside terrace which leads to the front door into the charming lounge/dining room, which is furnished with comfortable seating and a table and chairs for dining.

Off the lounge is the compact kitchen with all the usual appliances. Leading from the lounge there are 4 bedrooms, a double with an en suite bathroom, a further double bedroom , a twin bedroom and a small bedroom with bunk beds which are suitable for adults or children. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is also a further separate bathroom.

Connected to the villa but with seperate access is a 2 bedroom apartment, with a double and a twin bedroom a bathroom and a lounge/kitchenette fully fitted with appliances and TV.

The villa also benefits from free WIFI and there are 2 safes for the safe keeping of your money and passports.

Outside this villa has everything you need, the spacious terrace leads onto a barbecue area and there is plenty of room for outside dinning and also for relaxing round the pool. The pool benefits from special lighting, which gives different colours to the water and is a delight at night.

There is also a full size tennis court, which can be enjoyed by clients, but you will need to bring your own equipment.
