Casa KM2 is a large villa sleeping 10 people and is amazing value for money. It is on the San Jose/ Ibiza Carreterra at km 2, so it is in an excellent position to access the whole of ibiza. After the second round about driving from Ibiza, you drive another 500 meters and you will find the entrance to Casa KM2. Ibiza Town and Playa Den Bossa are only a 5 minute drive, San Antonio 15 minute drive and the lovely beaches of Cala Jondal and Salinas are just a 10 minute drive.

You enter through an electric gate where there is parking under a car port. The front door which is situated at the side of the house leads into a large well equipped living room, which has TV,a music system and comfortable sofas. Next to the living room is a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. On this level there are two good size bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with 2 single beds. There is also a well equipped bathroom / shower. The villa benefits from air conditioning down stairs. Upstairs there are another three bedrooms, two double and one twin and a bathroom / shower.The outside terrace has a BBQ and a long table and chairs, great for dinning al fresco. This overlooks the fabulous pool which is surrounded by a well stocked garden. The garage is at the side of the villa where the washing machine is situated.

Villa KM2 is excellent value for money, convenient and great for groups or families who want to enjoy Ibizas beaches and nightlife.
