You enter the villa through an electric gate into a courtyard with enough room to park two cars. On your left is a garage and straight ahead is the front door. To the right is the wonderful garden and swimming pool. The villa can sleep 8 people comfortably in four bedrooms. Three double bedrooms, and one room with twin beds. There are also two excellent shower / bathrooms. The villa is very well equipped with a modern kitchen / large dining room and a large comfortable sitting room with TV DVD and music system.This modern villa has air conditioning upstairs with good quality fixtures and fittings throughout.

Outside there is a covered area for al fresco dining and a large gas barbecue. The superb swimming pool has a shallow end for children, and there is a large area to swim laps for those who feel energetic, with the added luxury of a Jacuzzi.
