It is vital to follow basic guidelines when renting a villa, so that you can enjoy a peaceful and crime free holiday 1) Never use Unlicenced Taxis. Just like London, once the drivers know you are staying in a tourist villa they will tell their friends and there is a strong possibility you will be robbed when you are out. Licenced Taxis are white or carry SP plates. 2) When your group leaves the villa check every door and window is locked. 99% of all robberies in Ibiza are when doors and windows are left open. 3) If anyone comes to the house offering services or asking questions please refuse them entry, and call the manager. 4) When your group leaves the house text the manager who will make sure our patrols drop by the house. 5) For 100% security your group can hire a security guard to watch the house from as little as 1 Euro per person per hour.
