Bigfoot Travel operates in two resorts. Bigfoot Ibiza www.ibizavillas2000.com and Bigfoot Chamonix under www.bigfoot-chamonix.com. The business has been operating over 23 years and we have a portfolio of over 100 villas, chalets and houses. Many of the villas or Chalets are leased and staffed by us, so they are not available through any other agents. Every year we carry over 12000 very happy clients. Our staff are local to each destination and have lived and worked in the area, which we believe is key in being able to source the best services and accommodation.

We give our clients the benefit of our local knowledge and our commitment is to provide excellent customer service, while offering a great selection of great value accommodation. Through our Market Research we send to every client on their return home, we are able to get close to our clients and understand their likes and dislikes. Our research allows us to offer each year, new and exciting additions to our programme, whilst maintaining quality.

We try to cover all aspects of our programmes on the web sites, however we know that sometimes it is great to talk, so we at Bigfoot still offer a personnel service and are happy to speak to our customers should they require further assistance in choosing their accommodation or resort information.
