Casa
Porchada consists of two modern houses attached
to each other. One offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms
and sleeps 8, whilst the other is a three-bedroom
property with two bathrooms that sleeps 6. The houses
can be rented separately or together.
The
houses are situated right in the middle of Santa
Getrudis, a wonderful village, in the centre of
the island which is very popular with the locals.
It has great shopping, as well as excellent restaurants
and bars which are lively both day and night. The
village is very quiet and laid back yet the Cafe
culture thrives. A great place to hang out!!!
The
village is centrally located allowing easy access
to the whole island. Ibiza Town and San Antonia
are both just a ten-minute drive away. Here you
will find vibrant nightlife and the renowned Ibiza
club scene. The infamous Benirras Beach and Bambuddah
Restaurant are both a short drive away. Sta Getrudis
is also well known for all its Horse Riding Centres;
there are three within a 5 minute drive from the
properties.
Casa
Porchada is a comfortable modern house, featuring
a comfortable lounge; modern kitchen and both villas
are fully air-conditioned. Each villa benefits from
private swimming pools and a mere 2 minutes walk
from the village centre making these villas ideal
for children.
Both houses can be rented separately or together.
