| Villa
Daniel is a 400 year old finca which can sleeps
13. The villa is stunning. Originally it was the
main farmhouse owning all the land right up to the
coast, which included alot of Playa Den Bossa and
Ibiza. Unfortunately, previous generations of the
family sold most of it off. It has been completely
refurbished inside and has a real family feel.
For
the 2008 season, the villa will undergo a complete
facelift. 4 new bathrooms, a new ensuite room and
a brand new chill out area around the pool. The
Villa will be fantastic. The villa can now sleep
13 people, and will offer 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
You
enter the house into a large living / dining area.
To the left is a large modern kitchen with its own
chill out / sitting room area (an excellent room),
straight ahead is a large bathroom / shower with
its own tree in the middle of the room. To the right
is a double bedroom with two twin beds, and then
through another arch is another double bedroom with
twin beds next to the stairs leading to the first
floor. Outside next to the pool and to the side
of the kitchen is a studio room, with twin beds
and an ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs.
There are 3 large bedrooms. The first bedroom is
a double with is own toilet and basin and a round
bath / shower in a round window overlooking the
garden. Very unusual. To the left is the brand new
ensuite master bedroom with twin beds, and straight
ahead is another ensuite double bedroom with its
own balcony and a double bed. This house is about
3500 square feet and can easily sleep 13 people.
The house has many antique items of furniture and
Balinese furniture. A great combination. It also
has air conditioning, however Fincas do not really
require this due to their thick walls.
The
outside area includes an outside dining room, barbaque
area and a wonderful swimming pool. There is even
an old bread oven. The villa is entered through
its own private electric gate.
