Cox is Large restored finca with stunning views
set in 150,000m2 of land, yet only 12 minutes drive
from Ibiza Town.
The original part of the house is over 300 years
old. Casa Cox is a wonderful house with numerous
seating areas both inside and outdoors, perfect
for Al Fresco dining. In addition to the dining
area there is a large swimming pool with excellent
quality loungers and separate BBQ area. There is
ample parking for many vehicles if required.
The house also features its own separate apartment,
ideal if two separate groups wish to go on holiday
together but not share the same kitchen and bathrooms.
The main house has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms,
on two floors. Also in the main house is a large
fully equipped kitchen with a large table, dining
room, t.v area, enclosed sun terrace and large out
door terrace.
The apartment has 1/ 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom,
living/dining area and a private patio with the
BBQ.
Situated 3km out side of San Rafel on the Santa
Agnes Road. An ideal location for people who want
to be close to the action but still feel that they
are in the country. San Rafel and Santa Agnes are
both beautiful Spanish villages. Both with good
restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Casa Cox is
less than 20min from the airport, 12min to Ibiza
Town and around 10 min from San Antonio.
