By far the most popular villas in Ibiza are the ones within easy reach of Ibiza Town and within easy reach of some beautiful beaches. Casa Cordonna fulfils both criteria, the villa is 3 to 4 minutes drive from Ibiza Town, it is within 5 minutes of Salinas beach and Sa Caleta and it is walking distance from public transport and supermarkets.
You enter the villa through an electric gate into a courtyard with enough room for 2 cars. On your left is a garage , straight ahead is the front door and to the right is a wonderful garden and swimming pool.
The house can sleep 8 people comfortably in 4 bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms, and two rooms with twin beds. There are 2 excellent shower / bathrooms, a very well equipped and modern kitchen / large dining room and a large sitting room. The house is in excellent condition. The furniture is of a very high quality, there is satellite TV, WIFI and air conditioning throughout.
Outside there is an area for Al Fresco dining, a large gas barbecue and a superb swimming pool. There is a shallow end for the kids, a Jacuzzi in the pool and a large area to swim laps if necessary.
Casa Cordonna is a superb house, excellent for families and groups.
