Casa
Blanca is a wonderful house which sits on a hill
overlooking San Antonia Bay. The views are lovely,
and the sunsets are spectacular. This villa is very
convenient for everyone: 5 mins from San Antonia,
10 minutes from Ibiza Town, 3 minutes from San rafel
and 10 minutes from the wonderful village of Santa
Getrudis. The house is also maximum 15 minutes drive
from most of Ibiza’s beautiful beaches. Access
from the villa to the rest of the island is amazing,
there are 2 minutes walk and public transport with
regular services are a 250 meter walk away.
Casa
Blanca sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. You enter
the villa from a street entrance into a beautiful
courtyard. To your left is the 1st ensuite bedroom
with two twin rooms, just a little further on you
enter a modern kitchen which is very well equipped
with all the mod cons. Dishwasher, micro wave etc.
The kitchen leads onto a dining room and very comfortable
sitting room with satellite TV, DVD, CD etc. The
sitting room looks onto a beautiful garden. There
are another 3 ensuite bedrooms. 2 doubles and 1
bedroom with 2 single beds. The villa has zircon.
The
Garden is perfect for Al Fresco Dining or just sun
bathing around the kidney shaped pool.
This
is a beautiful house, ideal for groups, families
or people looking for a peaceful holiday.
