Alexandra is a large spacious house, with beautiful
views over San Antonia Bay and the vineyards of
Ibiza - Can Rich. Casa Alexandra's location benefits
from amazing sun sets. The Villa sits on a hill,
very close to the infamous Hotel Pikes. Its position
is very convenient, 4 minutes drive from San Antonia,
5 minutes drive to some of Ibiza's best beaches,
5 minutes drive to trendy San Rafel and a 12 minute
drive to Ibiza Town.

Alexandra is situated within private grounds with
a wonderful courtyard offering easy parking. The
house has a large reception room / dining room /
entrance hall, all is furnished to a good standard.
Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen, pantry,
washroom and 3 double bedrooms. There is also a
good sized family bath/shower room. In the living
room there is a CD, DVD and a music system. The
house has air conditioning.
Upstairs,
there are 2 further double bedrooms, and a further
good sized bathroom/shower room. There are stunning
views over the valley and the sea.
Outside,
there is a good sized swimming pool, with plenty
of sun beds. From here you can relax and enjoy superb
views. Next to the pool is a purpose built BBQ and
an open air kitchen.
