Reiet is a traditional Finca, over 200 years old,
based 300 meters off the Santa Eularia Ibiza Town
road. It is in a great location, only 5 minutes
drive to Ibiza Town and 5 minutes drive to Santa
Eularia and close to many beaches. . It is a basic
villa, perfect for groups who are budgeting. The
villa has all the amenities and is great value for
money. The Villa also has very good transport links.
There is a bus every 15 minutes to Ibiza Town or
Santa Eularia.
The
villa has 6 bedrooms, it sleeps 12 people, and 3
bedrooms are with double beds and 3 bedrooms with
single beds. In the main house there are 5 bedrooms
and the 6th bedroom is in a studio overlooking the
pool and tennis court. The villa has 3 bathrooms
/ shower / toilets and 2 kitchens. One kitchen is
in the main house the other is in the studio. There
is a large living room area with a large fire place
and a TV. There are 3 televisions in the house,
a music system and an outside wash area with washing
machine.
There
is a large garden with a good size swimming pool
and a well maintained tennis court. There is a barbecue
and an outside dining area.
This
villa great value for money. You get a lot of house
